This listing is for a strip/pack of 10 Surface Mount Transistors or Mosfets, in SOT-23 package. Each "item" you buy is 10 transistors/mosfets.
I have the following types available, you must tell me which type you want, all the same type in each strip/pack of 10 devices, no mixed strips.
Details given here are very brief, I will leave you to google datasheets, current ratings especially will typically be "best case" on appropriately large copper/pcb substrate area and type.

These parts are sourced from the usual no-name chinese vendors, exact manufacturer/specifications can not be relied upon, so yeah, don't use no-name chinese parts in critical applications, for hobbiests, no problem!
SOT-23 is easy to solder by hand, just tin one pad, I usually use the "top" pin, tack that down, and then solder the other two.
