Thin PVC heat shrink sleeve for wrapping DIY 18650 (or whatever) battery packs, sold per 30cm length, you choose flat width

  • 10.5 cm - Currently Out Of Stock; or
  • 11 cm; or
  • 15 cm; or
  • 18 cm; or
  • 23 cm

The flat width is, well, the width of the flat sleeve, to help you with estimating the sleeve required, I created this spreadsheet for you – simply enter the number of cells (across and up) and it will spit out suggested width and quantity of sleeve to use.

If you want 60cm, buy qty =2 , 90cm, qty = 3, you get the idea.

I will try to always send multiple quantity as a single cut length (qty2 = single 60cm length), if I don’t have a long enough length I will ask you first so please keep an eye on emails (or let me know your preference in shipping instructions).

In theory it should shrink up to 50% across the dianeter, and less than 8% longitudinally, the recommended shrinking temperature is about 100 degrees C, you might get away with a hair dryer, maybe, but a hot air gun/blower is probably better.

Plenty of tutorials on Youtube and Google, not that it’s very complicated.

Remember you have to get it INTO the sleeve, so better to be a bit larger than you think, than too small.

All of our products are shipped from Christchurch, New Zealand using CourierPost for NZ, and Airmail for international.
