General
Payment Methods
Card
We accept Credit/Debit Card using Stripe and/or Pay Pal. The payment handler (Stripe, Pay Pal) will require certain information including your address and the CVV (the code on the back of your card) to authenticate your payment.
We do not store or have access to your complete card number(s) on sparks.gogo.co.nz website, only Pay Pal and Stripe get those details. We can only see a few of the digits of your card number, it’s expiry, type and card holder name, in order to identify payments.
Afterpay
We accept Afterpay using Stripe.
NZ Bank Deposit (”Internet Banking”)
We accept direct deposit (internet banking) to our New Zealand bank account from New Zealand bank accounts (international payments are not accepted).
Trade Me Ping
If you wish to pay using Trade Me Ping, you may do so by purchasing from our Trade Me listings, email us if you would like us to create a listing for you to puchase at Trade Me.
Failed Payments
Failed payments will result in the order remaining in the pending status for 7 days awaiting completion of payment. Repeated failed payments may result in the payment handler (Pay Pal, Stripe) suspending access.
Underpayment
If it is detemined that through some mistake you have underpaid (eg you selected an Urban delivery method instead of a Rural one), we will contact you with options including paying the additional needed and cancelling the order for a full refund.
Order Changes and Corrections
We try our best to accommodate changes and corrections to orders before they are shipped.
If any additional charge is necessary above that which you paid (for example, you selected an incorrect shipping option) you will be contacted and have the option to cancel the sale at any time prior to shipping.
Shipping Schedule
Orders are only shipped once paid in full, we do not ship on-account. We endeavour to pack and ship orders paid before 11.30am on a working day on that same workiing day. Orders placed after 11.30am or not on a working day are processed the following working day. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in the Canterbury Region of New Zealand.
Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ)
The type of products that Gogo:Tronics sells, being components which you build into other devices, may not strictly fall under the auspices of the Consumer Guarantees Act (" of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic, or household use or consumption "), however Gogo:Tronics does strive to "put it right" where the product sold is clearly faulty, damaged in transit, or of subpar quality such that it is rejected by the customer.

Limitation of Liability In Respect Of Failure
It may be common for products that Gogo:Tronics sells to be built into projects in such a manner that the project or persons may be imperiled by failure. In such case it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure safety, evaluate and accept or minimise risks.
Change Of Mind
Change of Mind returns can be accepted however only the product price can be refunded, not shipping, and return shipping for the product is at your cost. This includes when you purchase "the wrong thing by mistake".
Faulty Product Returns
When returns of product are necessary, return cost shall be borne by Gogo:Tronics if the product is detemined to be faulty, or likely faulty. If the product is not determined to be fault, any return where permitted shall be at the customer’s cost.
Right To Cancel
Gogo:Tronics reserves the right to cancel and refund purchases for any reason, including for example but not limited to out of stock, and unable to ship.
