This is a simple balance board for up to 4S. Colour may be Blue or Red (or other) depending on stock.
This is NOT a charger board, this is NOT a protection board, the ONLY thing this board can do is attempt to balance a pack at the top of charge so that all the cells end up fully charged.
In short, when a monitored cell hits 4.2v a 62 ohm resistor is switched on in parallel with it causing the cell to slowly discharge (or charge less) until it his 4.19v.
The balance IC is Hycon 2215-BB3A (4 of).
Remember, this is NOT a protection device, balancing is about trying to equalise capacity of the cells, it is recommended that you have a protection as well to protect yourself against serious over-volt, under-volt and over-current situations.
