Thisis an LED display which indicates the charge state of a Lithium-Ion battery pack, based upon it’s voltage.
These are often called “fuel gauges”, but please note they are NOT fuel gauges, they have nothing to do with your infernal combustion engine, they are for showing how much charge your lithium ion pack has.
Configurable from 1S to 8S packs, but I find the 1S setting is not really very useful and recommend it is only used from 2S upwards.
To configure, simply put a solder blob across the appropriate pair of pads, they come without any blob by default so you must configure it, if you ask nicely I can do it for you.
