A DPDT Center Off (also known as On-Off-On) toggle slide style switch for panel mounting. DPDT-CO. For each side the center pin is common, slide to top and the center is connected to the top, move to bototm and the center is connected to the bottom, move to middle and neither is connected. Each side is independant.
The flange/lip is about 34mm by 12.5mm, the pitch of the mounting holes is about 27.5mm, the knob itself is 5x6mm and 5mm tall. The movement of this switch is nice and definite, it clicks into each position with a satisfying clack.
These are stamped with ratings on the side, however they seem quite, shall we say, optimistic to me. I think I would keep to under 30v and 1-2A myself but this is a matter of judgement. This switch should not be use for mains voltage.
Remember, you can, and should, use a relay, or transitior, if you want to switch a high current/high voltage with a small simple switch, switch signals relay, relay does the heavy lifting for you.
Note that the metal is silvery colour, not black, the photo might make it look black.
