This is a 12x12mm Tact Switch (Normally Open, Momentary) with your choice of cap.
Each item you buy is one switch and one cap, you must tell me which cap(s) you want, I can't send until you do.

The round ones are pretty self explanatory, it's a round button.
The square one is a two piece affair, a blue cap, and a transparent cover, the idea being you can cut a small square of paper or a label and write something on it, put it on top of the blue cap, and then put the transparent cover over it.
