No electrical specifications to speak of available, I would conservatively suggest about 3A max, and keep it under 50V DC
Single Pole, Double Throw, that means the center pin is common, press one way and one of the connections is made to the common, press the other way and the other connection is made, press nothing and no connection is made.
Note that pressing "up" makes the lower pin connect to common, and pressing "down" causes the upper pin to connect to common, don't go soldering it in only to find out you got it reversed.
