Details

A typical chinese 5v control relay module, you can select to control each relay from a High or Low signal (using the jumper) by default set to high.

Maximum current on the contact side I would not exceed 5 Amps myself, although the relay itself is rated to 10A I think it would be pushing the limits of the traces and screw terminals to do a continuous 10A. Maximum voltage on the Contact sde (NO/COM/NC) 30 Vdc, 250 Vac 

DANGER, DANGER, HIGH VOLTAGE

If you do not know what you are doing, you should not be playing with mains voltage!  Mains voltage can kill you quick as a wink!  

Know what you are doing, and how to do it safely!


Connections as follows:

  1. NO = Normally Open Relay Contact
  2. NC = Normally Closed Relay Contacrt
  3. COM = Common Relay Contact
  4. DC+ = 5v Positive For Coil/Control
  5. DC- = DC- Ground for Coil/Control
  6. IN = Input

(repeats for each of the relays on multi-relay modules)

Each relay can be set to operate in H or L mode with a jumper, H mode, a High input will close the relay, in L mode, a Low input will close the relay, in either state a High Impedence should not close the relay.
