Of course, to be clear I have to say that if you don't know what you are doing, don't use mains electricity because it can kill you, and as with any component, especially from China, it is up to you to use it appropriately in your projects and take appropriate precautions, if failure of a relay could cause damage or injury, you shouldn't be using a no-name relay (or more the point, you shouldn't design the project in that way!)
Please note, this is a 5v coil but that does not mean you can just connect it straight to your Arduino, it needs about 70mA at 5v, far more than an output pin of an Arduino can supply (not to mention the need for a reverse bias diode across the coil for inductive kickback).
Teaching how to use a relay with or without a microcontroller is beyond the scope of this listing description )
