I don’t have any specifications, but I would suggest perhaps up to 2A and up to 20AWG thickness wire.

These will fit into a breadboard but the legs are maybe a bit short, might work, not sure, probably depend on the breadboard.
Note that you can’t put multiples side-by-side of these (eg you can not make a 12p out of 4x 3p) as the total housing length is just slightly too long, you’d probably get away with 2 of them, but more than that is a serious squeeze.
