Double sided blank PCB (copper clad board), 10x15cm +/- about 1mm.
This is CRAZY thin, 0.15mm. That's right, it's double sided and 0.15mm thick, less than 1/10th of a typical PCB thickness, it is so thin that I can't even see what the substrate is, but I'm told it's FR4, it must be microns thick (I have not actually etched a piece of this as at time of writing).
As in the photos, this is very flexible for what is otherwise "non flexible" pcb material. I would think it could manage a radius of 2.5 cm, maybe tighter.
If you know what this is, I don’t have to explain much more!
I expect this would have pretty good thermal transfer from the top to the bottom, possible use as DIY aluminium PCB just by gluing it onto the top of a heatsink once you've etched onto the top-side?
Or just for those REALLY light-weight drone type stuff when you are seriously shaving grams. A 7x10cm sheet of this weighs about 3.7g.
Great for your home etching trials and tribulations.
May have my finger prints, surface scuff from shipping, mild surface oxidation etc, you of course need to clean any blank board thoroughly when you transfer your artwork, so such surface marks do not affect the usage. I visually inspect each board to ensure there is nothing that would cause a problem.
