This is blank Prototype PCB, ready and waiting for you to turn it into something wonderful.
Not usually very exciting things but this one has a quite a trick, it's in basically the same layout as a breadboard, so you should be able to almost transfer your breadboard layout directly to the PCB for making your prototype more permanent.
You can see that it has the typcal mix of vertical "rails" on left and right side (2 split pairs on each side as is the tradition), as well as the horizontal "rows" with 5 holes on each side, in addition there's an extra two pair of rails in the "gutter" area and the first two horizontal rows have separated pads if you need to do some funky stuff.
This is a single-sided pcb on what the chinese call "bakelite", but we might call phenolic pcb. As with all such pcbs, and indeed in general, it's best not to overheat the pads or they could detach, get in, get out. Although since these PCBs use long runs rather than individual pads that's probably a lot less of a problem I suspect.
