This is a pack of 10 fuses, ceramic fast blow, you can choose the value for each pack you buy (all the same value in each pack, no mixed/split packs sorry). Ceramic 5x20mm fuses are commonly found in low and mid-priced multimeters.
Note that sometimes multimeters have a 600 or 650mA fuse in therm, if so, it is totally fine to replace with a 630mA fuse these are basically the same thing.
I usually carry the following packs in stock, all ceramic fuses 5x20 (5mm diameter, 20mm long), Fast Blow.
Remember to choose the option you want using the selectors, if you can't find the selectors, ask for assistance!

Fuses are not high precision devices, even fancy expensive fuses have ridiculous variability and tolerances. Dave Jones from EEVBlog has a good video demonstrating just how crazy variable fuses can be.
