This is a pack of 5 surface mount polyfuses. A polyfuse "trips" by heaing up and shutting down the current. Remove current and allow it to cool and it's back in operation again.
Note that this means (like any other fuse, but a bit more pronounced) that the trip current is not absolute, for example a 500mA version will trip in milliseconds with 8A, but might take 15 seconds for 1A. I've added an image from a datasheet showing time-to-trip.

Like most my parts, these are sourced from no-name chinese vendors, the exact model, manufacturer or part numbers, even if the Chinese vendor specified, are uncertain and depends on what I get sent. For what it's worth, the green ones look like miniSMD050F and the gold ones look like MF-MSMF050, you can google for datasheets if you really want.
