PCB mount with plastic base and safety cover. Base footprint 22x10mm. Hole for a mounting screw. The cover protects the fuse against breakage and makes it more securely held. Takes 5x20 fuse.

Note: 5x20 means the size of fuse, not it's current handling. While I don't have an official "rating" for these (such as they are from China), it is fairly common for these types of fuse holder to handle 5 to 6 Amps maximum. I would not attempt to draw more than 6A through a fuse holder of this type.
