This listing is for a pack of two AMC7135 / L7135 low dropout current regulators rated for 350mA constant sink current.
Each :”item” you buy is two devices.
This device is mostly used for a very simple driver for 1W type power leds from 5v (eg USB), single Lithium Ion, or LiFePO4 battery cells or similar voltage sources.
You can provide it from 2.7v to 6v and it will (try to) put around 350mA (typically like +/- 30mA) through the LED(s) you have connected to it (cathode to the chip, anode to the power).
I believe quite common to use these singly, or in parallel for LED torches (flashlights).
Being a linear driver, the extra energy is dumped as heat, so you want to keep the input voltage reasonably close to the forward voltage of the led if you can.
