This is the TP4057 charger IC, smaller sibling to the TP4057.
With a maximum charge current of 500mA but a dimunitive SOT23-6 form factor the same size as a single surface mount transistor.
Chinese datasheet can be found here if you are familiar with the TP4056 and similar charge ICs then you probably won’t even need to translate this to see how to use it, page 7 has a table of the RProg (Current Setting Resistor) for different desired charge currents, 1.6k gives you the 500mA, and 20k just 50mA.
Obviously that maximum charge current is going to be dependant on you getting the heat away and might not be actually achievable for long real world, when I include Lithium-Ion cells in things I usually like to set the charge current really really low, like about 200mA or even less, the slower the charge the cooler the charge the more full the charge, but of course also the longer the charge.
