Have you boarded the surface mount bandwagon yet?
All the cool stuff is coming in surface mount chips these days, it's the way of the future (way of the future, way of the future.... hey get out of my head Howard!)
Of course, using surface mount chips on a breadboard is a bit tricky unless you have a breakout, lucky for you, that's exactly what these are!
This listing is for two PCB's, on the front side of each is pads for SOP (1.27mm pitch) and on the backside is for the SSOP (0.65mm pitch) and down the sides are the drilled holes for headers (or wires, whatever) which you will solder in place - of course you can only use one side of each PCB.
Buy a couple pairs and put them in your prototyping parts drawer, you never know when you may need them.
