This is a breakbout board with USB Type-C socket (that is, female USB-C).
It is attached to a white section of PCB material with 2mm holes for attaching to a panel.
Some of the white bits have a slightly visible batch/ID number on them and are slightly cheaper because of that if you don’t care.
All of the connections are broken out and clearly marked with the silkscreen, the connections are solder pads and have a pitch about 1.5mm by the look of it, you will need to solder wires directly to the pads.
You best be good with some fine soldering to use this board, magnification is probably necessary for those of us with old eyes!
