This is a breakbout board with USB Type-C Plug (that is, male USB-C).
All of the connections are broken out and clearly marked with the silkscreen, the connections are solder pads and have a pitch about 1.5mm by the look of it, you will need to solder wires directly to the pads.
Be careful with the pads, try not to apply any stress to them from bending wire etc, they are just small surface mount pads so might be delicate. Probably a good idea to reinforce once soldered by using some hotglue or something.
The silkscreen markings are the standard A1, A2… B1, B2… for USB pinouts as per the Wikipedia article here
You best be good with some fine soldering to use this board, magnification is probably necessary for those of us with old eyes!
