This listing is for a surface mount SOIC 8 Pin I2C Compatible (2-Wire) Serial EEPROM
In theory this is an Atmel part but like all my stock it is here in New Zealand but originally sourced from China so who really knows.
Here is the Atmel datasheet, but if these meet the datasheet numbers well, again, they are sourced from China so who knows. I naturally use parts from China all the time, they work fine for me. But if you need to meet a specific datasheet, you need to buy from Element14, Mouser, Digikey or RS Components!
