Like all my stock it is here in New Zealand but originally sourced from China so even if I told you the branding you would never really know for sure, who knows, it is what it is.
I will leave you to Google for LM358 datasheets, if these meet the datasheets, well, again, they are sourced from China. I naturally use parts from China all the time, they work fine for me. But if you need to meet a specific datasheet, you need to buy from Element14, Mouser, Digikey or RS Components!
