This listing is for a blank PCB and 24 Cool White Dome Top Piranha LEDs to solder onto said blank PCB (if you want a different colour, ask me and I'll see what I can do ))
You will also need to add 8 resistors WHICH ARE NOT INCLUDED (*see below for resistor selection guide).
The leds are arranged in 8 parallel strings of 3 in series, the LEDs are cool white dome top, giving a minimum voltage of around 9-10v and about 20mA current per series string (160mA total) - about 1.5 Watts total, heatsinking is NOT required making these a very easy way to get a similarly bright but wider-area light than a typical 1W led.
Remember LEDS ARE DIODES, make sure you install them all in the same polarity, use your multimeter to determine the polarity if you are unsure!
If you want a different colour, ask me and I'll see if I can do that depending on current stock.
* You must add 8 resistors of a value suitable to your supply voltage (or you could use wire links and a constant current supply). For a 13.5v supply (typical car battery is 13.5) somewhere around 180 Ohm should do (sorry I don't sell resistors, see Jaycar, GlobalPC, Altronics etc...). In general, "ApproxResistanceYouWant = (YourSupplyVoltage - 9.9) / 0.02" just round to whatever the closest standard value is.
