This is a "10 Watt" High Power LED - WARM WHITE (see other listings for cool).
3x3 die arrangement, forward voltage 10-11v, max recommended current about 900mA.

Opinion differs on the importance of matched dies, but especially if you will be using any sort of dimming a better-matched LED is going to give better results.
STOP! High power LEDs must be current limited* or driven with a constant current supply and must be attached to a fairly substantial heatsink Do not simply attach to a "10v" (or even higher) supply, your LED would be most likely destroyed instantly. (* Yes I know this is a generalisation, I'm not going into describing IV curves here ) )
All high power LEDs produce a LOT of heat. Do not even think about running it without a heatsink for more than a second. I typically look for a rise-above-ambient of no more than 45 degrees measured at the LED tabs when stabilised, of course, the colder you can run them, the more reliable and longer-lived they will be.
A typical old Pentium-4 style heatsink can just-get-away with passively cooling a 10W led attached with heatsink tape.
Smaller heatsinks can be used if you actively cool them (heatsink with fan).
