Basically what you see here is a small air pump. It runs off 3.7 to 5 volts (nominal 3.7 but they seem happier at 5v to me).
I don’t really have much in the way of specifications, but at 5v they will completely inflate a crushed 1.5L PET bottle (so at a guess maybe like 1.3L accounting for the uncrushable base) in about 70 seconds, and will continue to inflate said bottle until it’s hard to press in at the middle of the bottle more than about 1cm. So that’s not exactly scientific but probably gives you a good idea, these are quite capable little pumps. At 3.7v it takes about twice as long.
Dimensions in the photos.
Current is 140-175mA or so.
Only one way to know if it is good for your purpose, try it out.
