This is a very very VERY small vacuum pump, runs on 3v DC, two 3mm outside diameter ports, one for sucking one for blowing.

I tested with my silicone tubing the 1.5mm ID will just stretch to fit a little of a fiddle but easy enough, the 3mm ID will slide right on.
In terms of suction, I was able to lift an SOP-8 IC (surface mount 8 pin chip), but barely a QFP32, the suction isn’t strong so a clean cut on the silicone tube I was using was essential to make a seal, maybe proper sucker tips would do a better job but I think this size is unfortunately a little weak for a hand held vacuum pick-and-place tool if that’s what you were thinking (like I was).
