Basically what you see here is a small vacuum air pump. It runs off about 3 to 5 volts, best probably around 4.5 to 5v.  It has two ports, one suck, one blow, so you can use it to draw a vacuum or to inflate or blow.

I don’t really have much in the way of specifications, but at 5v they will completely deflate (crush, see picture) a 1.5L PET bottle in about 30 seconds, and the reverse is true also, completely inflating said deflated bottle in about 30 seconds.  It will continue to inflate said bottle until it’s hard to press in at the middle of the bottle more than about 1cm if that.  So that’s not exactly scientific but probably gives you a good idea, these are quite capable little pumps.

These pumps have piles of suck, more than enough for a DIY pick-and-place vacuum pickup if you were so inclined.

May or may not have wires attached, I am not sure if these are new surplus or salvaged.

Loaded (that is, inflating something rather than just free air movement) current is between 400mA and 800mA.

Unloaded current is between 300 and 400mA, depending on voltage of course.

The higher the voltage the louder the sound, but they are not too noisy, if you just wanted to move some air (like a bubbler) then at a lower voltage it is pretty quiet.

Excluding the nozzles, they measure 58mm long and 38mm diameter. The blow nozzle OD is 4.3mm, the suck nozzle OD is 4.15mm, my 3mm ID Silicone Tube fits either of the nozzles just perfectly since it has the elasticity required.

Only one way to know if it is good for your purpose, try it out.
