This is your bog standard chinese servo tester which you will find all over the place.
4.8 – 6v on the input side, plug your servo on the output side.
Default mode is turn the knob and servo turns.
Press the button and next mode is neutral, that is, centers the servo.
Press the button and the next mode is wiper, back and forth, back and forth forever.
Don’t connect power backwards, don’t exceed 6 volts. Yes I have done both of those things accidentally at some point, they don’t survive, I’m such a klutz, good thing they are so dirt cheap.
