On inspection of these stepper motors I found that many of them have cosmetic marks on the casing, it’s possible that these are not brand new, so I am clearing them out basically at cost.
As always, if a product is faulty, please just let me know so it can be sorted out!
Note that these do not have any sort of retail box/packaging, I’ll wrap in reused cardboard to protect them in shipping.
NEMA 17 Stepper Motors, available in various sizes (depths).
The NEMA17 code is just a description of the faceplate dimension (1.7 inches by 1.7 inches – 42x42mm), which is the same for all NEMA17 motors, motors however have dfifferent lengths. Longer motors generally produce more torque than shorter motors.
NEMA 17 motors are bipolar stepper motors with 1.8 degrees per step (200 full steps per rotation), they must be driven using an appropriate stepper driver, don’t just connect power straight to a stepper motor.
I have a few different common lengths of NEMA17 available, choose appropriate for your project from the below (price varies, select from the drop-down to see)…
If you are after a stepper driver, we have some of those, the A4988 “stepstick” drivers should be adequate for most purposes.
All of our products are shipped from Christchurch, New Zealand using CourierPost for NZ, and Airmail for international.
