This is an Arduino Development Environment Compatible UNO (5v, 16Mhz) with a Type-C USB-C connector.
The Uno form factor is the “classic” of the Arduino lineup and this Uno retains those header locations so your “Arduino Uno sheilds” will plug straight on.
USB connectivity is provided by the CH340G I believe, you almost certainly don’t need any drivers for this as it presents as a standard USB device which your operating system should already handle (CDC/ACM).
You'll need a USB-C cable of course.
Simply choose in the Arduino IDE the following settings
Tools > Boards > Arduino AVR Boards > Arduino Uno
Tools > Port > [whichever port it appears on]
This USB-C Arduino Uno is completely compatible with Arduino IDE, perfect for hard wiring in to your project, at this price just leave it there for posterity!

This batch of boards has newer 328PB chips. The bootloader makes them pretend to be 328P when you are uploading over the normal USB connection so that it is seamless for normal users of the IDE uploading over USB. If you upload using a programmer (eg usbasp) or replace the bootloader, you may need to use a different “core” that specifically supports ATmega328PB.
Again, if you are just uploading over USB like normal, you don’t need to worry, just treat it like a normal Uno.
