SOD-323 size, that is basically the same as 0805 resistor/capacitor dimensions.
This listing is for 1N5819 (or “same as 1N5819” who really knows from China) which is your bog standard schottkey signal diode with a reverse voltage of 40v, a forward voltage of 0.38v. Being such a small package the current for these will be around 120mA I believe.
I don’t have any datasheet and they are not even marked with a manufacturer, just the S4 code, if you need specific specifics on a specification sheet, best you buy from Digikey, Mouser, RS Components or Element 14 instead!
