Toshiba brand mark, sourced from China. This APG model of the 2003 has built in 2k7 base resistors so you can drive directly from a microcontroller output.
Good for driving small motors, sets of parallel LEDs, etc, which require higher current than a single transistor, but not enough to bother with a power mosfet etc. I use one in my UV/Visible lightbox running a few hundred mA of lights, quick, easy and gets the job done.
