This is an Ultrasonic Distance Measuring Module, compatible and the same dimensions as the classic HC-SR04
This new version for 2022 is based off the RCWL-9610 chip and supports a supply voltage from 3 to 5v but otherwise should be a drop-in replacement for the old version.

It is supposed to support 1-Wire as well, but I didn’t have any luck with that.

The default GPIO mode is recommended and works just the same as the HC-SR04 module, so you can use it with standard Arduino Ultrasonic Module libraries for the HC-SR04

Super easy, super cheap. I have briefly tested each one to ensure it's functioning.
