This is a 6mm M6 Screw Stud type K-Type Thermocouple with fork terminals, 50cm long approx.
Now, let me be clear, this is a cheap chinese thermocouple probe, I have no real specs to speak of, they came with a card indicating measurement range up to 600'C but I suspect that is optimistic and peak only, probably I wouldn't go higher than 400'C would be my guess from looking at other probes.
The wire length is about 50cm (half a meter).
