This is a K-Type Thermocouple with plug to suit many multimeters with temperature function.
Now, let me be clear, this is a cheap chinese thermocouple probe, I have no specs, the plastic plug isn't the best quality, but they appear to do the job, and are just the same as cheap thermocouples supplied with chinese multimeters.
The wire length is a little less than 1 meter.
