This is a K-Type Thermocouple with banana plugs to suit many multimeters with temperature function.
This is a cheap chinese thermocouple probe, I have no specs, they appear to do the job, and are just the same as cheap thermocouples supplied with chinese multimeters.
The wire length is a little less than 1 meter.
