This is a blower fan, also known as a centrifugal fan and sometimes squirrel cage fan.
I use this type of fan for ring-duct nozzle cooling on my 3d printer and it does a pretty good job of it.
12 Volts DC, current rating varies batch-to-batch depending on which supplier I got it from, for our 3D printing purposes it doesn’t really make any difference since your slicer probably sets the fan speed, but in theory the higher current ones can blow probably about 30% more air (but noisier). If you care, ask me before purchase and I’ll let you know what I have.

Wires have either XH or PH connector on them depending on batch, chop and add whatever you want.
Measures approx 52mm wide, 52mm high, and 15mm thick.
The outlet is 17.6mm x 13.3mm measured on the inside with walls 1mm thick.
The mounting holes are 4.5mm diameter and spaced 57mm apart.
