This is a blower fan, also known as a centrifugal fan and sometimes squirrel cage fan.
This is a 24v 4010 (40mm x 40mm x 10mm thick) fan, which is I believe the size that the Crealty printers typically use for the part cooling fan(s) (at least the Ender 3, I think the Ender 5 as well, I don’t know about other models, probably) – but check your printer’s fan size and specification before buying.
24 Volts DC, current rating around 160-200mA but may vary batch to batch.

Connector (if any) may vary batch to batch, just chop it off and solder to your own wires/crimp on a new connector as suits your needs.
Measures approx 40mm wide, 40mm high, and 10mm thick.
The outlet is about 27mm x 8mm measured on the inside.
The mounting holes are 2mm diameter and spaced 35mm apart.
