These are high quality ESD safe tweezers for electronics work. You choose….
Supposedly stainless steel of some unknown grade with a static dissipative coating. But from china, who knows, ultimately they are good tweezers for tweezing tweezable components onto or off from printed circuit boards when you’re soldering or desoldering them.
Also good for grabbing screws you’ve dropped in awkward places, holding onto wires with your third hand while trying to join them togethor, getting hold of warranty void stickers to peel them off, and general things where you need to tweeze something that’s not affixed to some living and breathing beastie - go to the chemist for that sort of thing.
If you're doing SMD you really do need a good couple pairs of tweezers.
Brand may vary from that pictured, if any.
