This is a spool of 3.5mm wide solder wick, aka desoldering braid, copper braid. 1.5 meters in length.
Erm, really can't think of a lot to say about this one. It's your typical braided copper roll. I don't know about flux content, assume it does not contain any, you should always add extra flux when desoldering anyway, flux is good, use flux.
