Standard 4mm diameter for plugging into banana sockets.
The contact design of these plugs is much more solid and reliable than the cheaper "springy" type ones, these ones make for a solid secure strong and stable contact into your banana sockets.
They are also supposedly rated to 32 Amps, where as normal ones are about 10A, but I am unable to verify this myself currently, so naturally, tread carefully if approaching the limits, China tends to exaggerate such matters just a little.
They are a little more expensive, but I think worth it, I'm progressively changing all my home-made test leads to this style.
The pins (for want of a better word) have a grub-screw for holding your wire in place. Remember to thread your wire through the boot first, screw it into the pin, and push the pin into the boot, the square section of the pin (with the cross-hole) acts as a barb to hold the boot on strongly, once it's in if you need to remove it the best way is to push from the back (wire-end) with a screwdriver.
