Yellow insulated (fully shrouded) spade type crimp connectors - a pack containing 20 Male, and 20 Female (so, 20 Pairs). Also called cold pressed connectors, terminals, ferrules, and various other names depending on where you were raised.
Not much more to say about this, it is what it is, insert wire, use a crimping pliers to, err, crimp it, and there you go.
