Not much more to say about this, it is what it is, insert wire, use a crimping pliers to, err, crimp it, and there you go.

Recommended Wire Size: 1.5-2.5mm² / 16-14 AWG Cable
Recommended Maximum current: I don't have an exact specification but I think 12 to 15A maximum is a reasonable guess.
