Black insulated bullet type crimp connectors - a pack containing 25 Male, and 25 Female (so, 25 Pairs). Also called cold pressed connectors, terminals, ferrules, and various other names depending on where you were raised.
The same size as Red Bullet connectors, just Black is all.
Not much more to say about this, it is what it is, insert wire, use a crimping pliers to, err, crimp it, and there you go.
