This is a pack of 10 tall jumpers (standard 2.54 mm pitch, but taller so you can grab onto them easier to remove), also occasionally called shorting blocks, or shorting links, or even shunts (nobody seems to be able to decide exactly what to call them).
Not really much to be said here, typically the tall ones are desirable if you are often inserting and removing them, normal short ones are fine if you are just doing a set-and-forget type of deal, see my other listings for a pack of 40 short jumpers.
