This is a pack of 50 jumpers (Standard 2.54 mm Size), also occasionally called shorting blocks, or shorting links, or even shunts (nobody seems to be able to decide exactly what to call them).
Since jumpers are not the most interesting of things, I've spiced it up with some colour!

Note that the exact hue/shade of colour may differ from that shown in image depending on current stock, red may be a bit more magenta, yellow may be a bit more gold, you get the idea.
The colours are not just pretty, but they can serve a useful purpose in your circuits so you can see what does what.
