This is a solderable USB Micro-B (US Micro) Plug, a 2 part plastic shell and a strain relief.
These plugs only have 3 pins, so you can use only for power, not data.
Might be an idea to put a blob of hot snot in the shell when you assemble to keep the wires from being pulled on, we all know how USB cables get yanked around.
Great for making your own USB Micro power cables.
