This is a USB Type-C plug, bare without a shell.
It provides only connections for
VCC, Ground, D+ and D-
This plug has an integrated 56k pullup resistor on the CC line, this makes it only really for “supplying power out of”, that is, this is the plug to plug into the thing “receieving” USB, if you know what I mean, like your Arduino, ESP32, Phone.
The 56k means tells the receiving device that the sending device can give it 500mA of power.
You do not want this plug if you will be using it to plug into the thing “giving” USB, like your laptop, powerbank, or charger, because the resistor will be wrong for that. Dumb things might not care, but modestly smart things will.
Put another way, this is the type of plug to make a cable that has a USB-A male plug on one end to plug into your computer or powerbank, and a USB-C plug on the other end to plug into your usb 5v, 500mA connected device.
Type-C is confusing!
