This is a listing for 50cm (half a meter) of 32 AWG Resistance Wire (0.2mm Diameter), each "item" you buy is half a meter - if you want a meter, buy quantity 2, if you want 1.5 meters buy quantity 3, you get the idea....
This wire has a measured resistance of roughly 22.35 Ohms per 50cm (44.7/M), and a diameter of 0.2mm. This was not measured with precision equipment (not that wire from China will be precise anyway anyway) just my elcheapo multimeter and calipers )
Please note that spooling this off my roll is kinda tricky, there may occasionally be a crinkle somewhere especially for lengths longer than 50cm.
** SEE THIS NOTE ***
I can't be totally certain if this wire is Nichrome or Kanthal, I THINK but I'm not 100% certain that this is probably Kanthal due to the resistance being closer to the expected value for Kanthal of this diameter than that of Nichrome.
For most purposes Nichrome and Kanthal will do the same job, Kanthal has slightly higher resistance is the biggest difference.
If you absolutely must know if it's Kanthal or Nichrome, don't buy wire sourced from no-name chinese marketplace vendors )
